FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BE REZONI~NG THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH
30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4
OF LOT 8 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 20,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, LYING NORTH
OF OLD BOYNTON ROAD (LESS THE EAST THREE ACRES
THEREOF), AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4,

R-1 TO zONE~C-1; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR
SAYINGS CLAUSE,. REPEALING ~ROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTiVEDAT~ AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That that portion of the North 30 feet of the South 120
feet of the West 1/4 of Lot 8 of the subdivision of Section 20,
Township 45 South, Range 43 East, lying North of Old Boynton
Road (less the East three acres thereof,)as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 4, public records Palm Beach County, be and the
same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 zo Zone C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinanc
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portio:
thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaimng portion shall not be affected,
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section .3: Repeali.ng Provisions:
All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effectiv~
in the manner and 2t the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach,
1971.
