BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and ~aere shall be collected for
use and support of the municipal governmen~ of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and ~o provide for the city publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund
requirements for the fiscal year beginning October i, 1971, and ending
September 30, 197Z, upon all property real, personal, and mixed, within
the corporate limits of said City subject to ~axation as follows, said tax being
so levied and apportioned to the specific purposes herein set forth:

All monies collected under this Ordinance for the specific items
herein named be and the same are hereby appropriated andzset apart for the
specific purposes indicated in each item. All receipts for the City not
specifically apportioned by this Ordinance are hereby made payable to the
General Fund of the City.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance is an Ordinance fixing the tax rate and making
a tax levy for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest and Sinking
Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1971 and ending
September 30, 197Z.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,Florida
in such cases made and provided.
