FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING LOTS 41 AND 42 and LOTS 54
AND 55,(less the East 300 feet of said Lots 54 and 55)
AMENDED PLAT OF TRADE WINDS ESTATES,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2l, PAGE 73, FROM ZONE
R-1AA~O ZONE R-2; PROVIDING FURTHER SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PUIkPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai Lois 41 and 42 and Lots 54 and 55~ less [he
East 300 feet of said lots 54 and 55]AMENDED PLAT OF
TRADE WINDS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof on
file in~ the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Palm Beach County, recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 73,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-1AA lo
Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability! Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining porlion shall not be affecled,
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing provisions: All ordinances or parzs of
ordinances in cor,-flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynzon Beach, Florida.
