PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 20, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, FROM ZONE Ri-AA FO
ZONE C-l; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS
CLAUSE~ t~EPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BD YNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thatthe West 250 ft. of Lots 57 and 58, all
of Lots 61 through 67 inclusive, less North 100 ft. of
South 310 ft. of East 100 fi. of Lot 65 and less the West
50 fi, of Lots 61, 62, 63, 64 and 67 of Subdivision of
Sectidns 29 and 20, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 20, be and the
same are hereby rezoned from Zone Ri-AA to Zone C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any pot-
tion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall noi be
affected, but shall remain in f~ll force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing provisions: A]~ ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in %he Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
