AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING LOTS 50 and 53, CENTRAL PARK,
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, COUNTY OF PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REQORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 12,
FROM ZONE R-2 TO ZQNE C-I; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lots 50 and 53, CENTRAL PARK, City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, Palm Beach County, Florida,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 12, be and the same are
hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone C-1 .
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portio:
here of shall be de clare d invalid, the rem aining portion shall not be affe cie d,
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
