AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING PLAT OF SUTTON MANOR°
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai it is hereby determined that the proposed plal of
SUTTON MANOR, heretofore submitted to the City Council of %he City of
Boynton Beach, Florida for approval, pursuant to the Charter and the Ordin-
ances of the said City does meet all requirements of the City and that same is
hereby approved subjecl to developer procuring and filing with the City Clerk
an acceptable performance and complelion bond in the total amount of
$42, 040.00 , insuring that proposed improvements within said area are
installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declar~d invalid, lhe remaining poriion shall not be affected,
but shall rem ain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4:
manner and at lhe time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
