AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACI~ FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY BY REZONING
PARCEL LOCATED IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH~
RANGE 43 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HERE-
INAFTER, FROM ZONE R~-i TO ZONE R-2;; PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section t: Thai certain parcel more particularly described as fellows:
BEGINNING at a point 306.03 feet East of the Northwest corner
of Lot 7, (seven) of Lainharts Subdivision of the S-1/2 of the
N.E.-1/4 of Section 21, To 45 soulh of R. 43 East; running
thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot seven (7) a
dislance of fifty (50) feel; thence run in a Southerly direction
along a line measured right-angles lo the North line of said
Lot seven (7), a distance of one-hundred and fifly feet (150),
thence run in a Westerly direction along a line parallel to and
one-hundred and fifty (150) feet Soulh of the North line of said
lot seven (7) a distance of fifty (50) feet; thence run in a
Northerly direction along a line measured at right-angles lo
the North line of said lot seven (7), a distance of one-hundred
and fifty (150) feet to the point of beginning, is hereby rezoned
from Zone R-1 to Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase· or sentence· and if any porlion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected·
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinancas
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in the
manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
