AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING PLAT OF t~ALM BEACH
LEISUREVILLE, SECTION VII, PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
]RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF' BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined thai the proposed plat of
Palm Beach Leisureville, Section VII, heretofore submitted tolhe City
Council of lhe City of Boynton Beach, Florida for approval, pursuant To the
Charter and the Ordinances of lhe said Cily does mee~ all requirements of the
City and thai same is hereby approved subject to developer procuring and
filing with the City Clerk a performance and completion bond in the total
amount of $199,933.81 , insuring thai improvements within said areas are
installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provision~s of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected, but shall remain in full force and effecl.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ali ordinances or parts of
ordinances in corfflicl herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at lhe time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynion Beach, Florida.
