SUBDIVISION, CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, COUNTY OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE ~6, FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE
R-2A; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CI~kUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS; AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
]E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lot 6, Block 6, MEEKS & ANDREWS
~IYBDIVISION, Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page
i6, be and the same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone R2A.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinamce are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if
any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
ae affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
)rdinances in conflict herewilh are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and az the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances
)f lhe City of Boynzon Beach, Florida.
