AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND APPROVING ALL SUB-
DIVISION PLATS OF RECORD PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLOI~DA:
Section 1: That all prior approvals heretofore given by the
City Council for subdivision plats of record relative property located within
the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby ratified
and confirmed.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected,
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflect herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
