AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING PLAT OF SIXTH SECTION OF
PALM BEACH LEISUREVILLE; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, pursuant to provisions of Section 12 of the
Codified Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, the proposed plat
of Sixth Section of Palm Beach Leisureville, heretofore submitted to the
City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with the favorable
recommendations of all Municipal Depar~men~ Heads, is hereby approved
and the,Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the approval section
contained on said original plat.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SecIion 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or par~s of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinanc
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
