AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOT 11, BLOCK 8, ILAPPY HOME
HEIGHTS, PLAT BOOK ii, PAGE 30, BOYNTON BEACH,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM ZONE H-l~ TO
ZONE R-2; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Seczlon 1: That Lot ll, Block 8, HAPPY HOME HEIGHTS, City
Florida, Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
public records Palm Beach County, be and the same is
hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, [hcluding word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, zhe remaining portion shall not be
affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Seclion 3: RePe, aling provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and az the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynzon Beach, Florida.
