FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING LOT 9, BLOCK 7, AMENDED
PLAT OF BOYNTON RIDGE, PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE
28, PUBLIC RECORDS PALtV~ BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM ZONE R~I TO ZONE R-2A;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lot 9, Block 7, AMENDED PLAT OF BOYNTON
RIDGE, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 28, public records Palm Beach
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone
R-2A.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2:. S.epa. r.ability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing. provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinance
of the City of Boy~aton Beach, Florida.
