LISHMENT OF CITURCH LOCATED ON LOTS 156, 157,
158, 159 AND LOT 169, BLOCK D, BOYNTON HILLS,
PLAT BOOK 4~ PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; PI~rlDING FURTHER
FOR S~VINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Boynion Beach,
Florida, hereby authorizes conditional use for establiskrnent of a church
located on the following parcels, subject to applicant obtaining variance from
Municipal Board of Adjustment authorizing use of subjecl property for indicater
purpose on parcel consisting of less than one acre:
Lots 15~, 157, 158, 159 and Lot 169, Block D, BOYNTON
HILLS, according to the plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 51.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section ,3:, R~p~ealing provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinancss in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective DaTe: This ordinance shall become effeetiw
in the manner and au the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
