AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY RE ZONING LOTS 5, 6, AND 7, PINE CREST
RIDGE, CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, COUNTY OF
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
24, PAGE 153, FROM ZONE R-2 TO Z~NE R-3A;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lots 5, 6 and 7, PINE CREST RIDGE,
City of Boynzon Beach, Florida, Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 153, be and the
same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone R-3A,
subject to two (2) story height restriction on any
structures erected on said property.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of th~s
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing provisions:.. All ordinances or par~s of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinancee
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
First reading this 2nd day of February, A, D., 1971.
Second, final reading and passage this ~ ~44~ day of
1971.
