FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING ALL OF BLOCKS 5, 6, 29, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32 AND LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21 and 22 IN BLOCK 26, AMENDED PLAT OF BOYNTOI~
RIDGE, BO~N~ON BEACH, PAL1V! BEACH COUNTY,
FLORiD~, FROM ZONE R~'i TO ZONE R-3A; PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR SAVINCS CLAUSE, REPE~LING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
S,ec~tion 1: The following described parcels be and the same are
hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3A:
~]l of Blocks 5, 6, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and Lots 11, 12, 13,
14; 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 26, AMENDED PLAT
OF BOYNTON RIDGE, according to the plat thereof on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Co~trt in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 28
Subject to provisions of site plan approval and other development
data presented and approved by the Municipal Zoning Board az
its meeting of December 21, 1970, which items are hereby
adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
The Official ~oning Map of the City is hereby amended accordingly.
Section ,2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effecz.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Alt ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflicz herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Daze: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charier and Ordinances of the
City of Boynzon Beach, Florida.
