A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COFH~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVING THE BOYNTON BEACH
HOUSING AUTHORITY; DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO SO NOTIFY ALL APPROPRIATE
AUTHORITIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Boynton Beach Housing Authority is
:urrently listed, as "inactive" on the official list of
special districts~ and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the
Beach, Florida does jot foresee futureactivity City taking of BoyntOnplace
withi~ said district, and
Bea WHEREAS, the City Commisszon of the City of Boynton
ch, ~lo~da deems it to be in the best interests of the
citizens afld residents of the City of Boynton Beach to
dissolve the Boynt'on Beach Housing Authority.
~NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~ISSION
~F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of
Boynto~ Beach, Florida, hereby voluntarily
Boynto~ Beach Housing Authority and directs
to so ~otify all appropriate authorities.
