A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
RELEASE OF THE RESTOP~TION BOND IN THE AMOUNT
OF $5,000.00 FOR THE HARBOR HALL DREDGING
PROJECT TO S & B MARINE ENGINEERING, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon the recommendation of staff, desires to release the
restoration bond in the amount of $5,000.00 for the Harbor Hall
Dredging Project to S & B Marine Engineering, Inc.; and
property
restoration of any damage to public or private
to an equal or better condition.
IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~9~ISSION OF THE
