A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
RELEASE OF THE SURETY BOND IN THE AMOUNT
OF $37,994.00 TO COVER CONSTRUCTION OF
THE WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES FOR
BETHESDA MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING TO THE
WEITZ COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS. the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon the recommendation of staff, desires to release the
surety bond in the amount of $37,994.00 to cover
construction of the water and sewer utilities for Bethesda
Medical Office Building to the Weitz Company, Inc.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes release of the surety bond
in the amount of $37,994°00 to the Weitz Company, Inc.
Section 2. That this
immediately upon passage~
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
Resolution shall become effective
