A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO CROWNE
STORAGE ASSOCIATES, LTD., IN TI~ AMOUNT OF
$8,814.45, FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS ON
INDUSTRIAL AVENUE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WItEREAS, Crowne Storage Associates. LTD., the developer for the project known
as Military 10 L.C., previously posted a cash surety in the amount of $8,814.45 for the water
and sanitary sewer system; and
WiClEREAS, the Utility Department of the City of Boynton Beach is satisfied with
the completion of the work, and the systems have been transferred to the City for ownership,
operation and maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
.ecommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the amount of
$8,814.45 to Crowne Storage Associates, Ltd.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
