A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH BOND, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$880.00 TO METRO DESIGN GROUP, AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer for the project known as Pepperoni's, located at 1660 So.
Congress Avenue, previously posted a cash bond in the mount of $880.00 for the
:ompletion of permitted work; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach Development Department is satisfied with
he completion of the work, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, h~reby approves the release of the cash bond in the amount of
;880.00 to Metro Design Group.
Section 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
