A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
BERGERON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC.;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE CONTRACT FOR THE 1-95 NW
22ND AVENUE INTERCHANGE, UTILITIES
RELOCATION WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City had advertised for bids for the
[-95 NW 22nd Avenue Interchange, Utilities Relocation
)reject and samello.3· were opened on August 22, 1991; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oynton 8each, Florida hereby approves the award of contract
for the 1-95 NW 22nd Avenue Interchange, Utilities
{elocation project to Bergeron Land Development, inc.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
luthorized to execute said Contract attached hereto as
Exhibit "A". ·
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
