A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~MISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
EXTENDING A CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AND THE EXCHANGE CLUB/DICK
WEBBER CENTER FOR THE PREVENTION OF
CHILD ABUSE FOR THE GOLD COAST, INCo,
FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, ACCORDING TO
THE TERMS' AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL
AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the original Lease Agreement between the City of
Boynton Beach and the Exchange Club/Dick Webber Center for the
Prevention of Child Abuse for the Gold Coast, Inc., (Tenant) was
originally approved by Resolution No. R90-165, passed and
adopted November 7, 1990; and
WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of the Lease
Agreement Tenant was given the option of a Request for Renewal
for a one year period;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City pf Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby extends the Lease Agreement between the
City of Boyn%on Beach and the Exchange Club/Dick Webber Center
for the Prevention of Child Abuse for the Gold Coast, Inc., for
a period of one year, from October 1, 1991, to October 1, 1992,
according to the terms and conditions of the original Lease
Agreement.
Section 2. This
immediately upon passage.
Resolution shall take effect
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ~ day of August, 1991.
