A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF 8OYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RENAMING EASTLAKE DRIVE AS ESSEX LANE;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Hunters Run Property Owner's Association
ls requested that the City rename Eastlake Drive ms Essex
Jane; and
WHEREAS, such request would create s continuity and
:onciseness between Hunters Run Property Owners Association
~nd the emergency services provided by the City; provide
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. Eastlake Drive is hereby renamed Essex
Jane.
Section 2. The City Commission finds that the
~enaming of the enumerated street will best facilitate
~mergency services to the residents and owners of Hunters
Run.
Section 3. Ail resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
~uch conflict.
Section 4. If any clause, section, or other part or
~pplication of this Resolution is held by any court of
:ompetent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
~art Or application, it shall not eff~ct~the validity of the
~emaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
Section 5. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
