A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
PROPOSED MILL~GE RATE OF ~,~--=~ FOR
GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET PURPOSES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1991-92 AND SETTING FORTH THE DATE, TIME
AND PLACE OF THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (TRIM) it is
~he responsibility of the Municipality's governing body to advise
~he Property Appraiser of its roll back millage rate, proposed
~illage rate and setting forth the date, time and place of the
!irst public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
:ITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~each, Florida, hereby adopts a proposed millage rate of
lills which has been computed to fund the General
ludget for Fiscal Year 1991-92.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
~each, Florida, hereby sets September 4, 1991, at 7:00 P.M., at
loynton Beach City Hall, 100 East Boynton Beach Boulevard, as the
[ate, time and place of the first public hearing to consider the
~roposed millage rate and the tentative budget.
Section 3. The City Manager of the City of Boynton

If any clause, section, or other part of this
be held by any Court of competent jurisdiction

Section 5. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
:onftict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
:onflict.
Section 6, This Resolution shall become
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
