A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR PALM BEACH
COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE GRANT
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, Legislation has provided for a program than can
~ake funds available to local emergency medical service programs;
and
i WHEREAS, the Palm Beach County Emergency Medical Services
Division has made these grant funds available for the improvement
and/or expansion of Emergency Medical Service Systems;
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach recognized that these
~unds being requested from Palm Beach County Emergency Medical
~ervices Division can and will be used to expand and/or improve
the City's current EMS System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
I Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of
~ITY OF B~YNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
iBoynt~ Florida by adopting this Resolution are stating
~he initial approval for the application of these grant funds,
and certifies that any such grant funds received will be ~ in
~ccord with the rules and regulations of this program.
iSection 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon ~
