A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
REQUESTING THE TRANSFER OF THE
JURISDICTIONAL POWERS FROM PALM BEACH
COUNTY TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, TO
PROVIDE FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY ON OLD DIXIE
HIGHWAY ALONG THE 4,150 LINEAR FEET
DISTANCE DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT "A"
ATTACHED HERETO; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
each, Florida desires that it have jurisdiction power for
right-of-way for Old Dixie Highway along the 4,150
feet distance depicted on and more particularly
Ded in Exhibit "A~, attached hereto and made a part

WI4EREAS, Palm Beach County currently has jurisdiction
that roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~ISSION
THE CI~"f OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, T~AT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida hereby authorizes and directs the
~ity Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach to forward a copy of
~his Resolution to Palm Beach County, Traffic Engineering
)ivision and further directs the City administration to
transfer of the road from Palm Beach County to the
of Boynton Beach.
Section 2. This Resolution
