A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THE CO~TRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON ~EACH,
FLORIDA AND OSCAR VAGI & ASSOCIATES
ARCHITECTS, INC., DATED JUNE 23, 1988
FOR THE PURPOSE OP PROVIDING ADDITIONAL
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES BEYOND THE BASIC
SERVICES; A COPY OF SAID ADD ENDUM
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" AND

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida hereby authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute a certain Addendum to Contract between the
City of Boynton Beach and Oscar Vagi & Associates
Architects, Inc., said Addendum being attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

ADDENDUM
This Addendum made this ~ day of ~ 1991,
between the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH ("Owner") and OSCAR VAGI &
ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. ("ARCHITECT") as follows:
WHEREAS, Owner and Architect have heretofore entered into
a Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, both
dated June 23, 1988, and referring to the Rolling Park Project
and the twenty-three (23) acre site and multi-purpose Community
Center; and
WHEREAS, the Architect has been requested to provide
additional architectural services beyond the basic services; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has no objection to additional
compensation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner and Architect have negotiated an amount
for additional compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, and the payment of compensation by Owner to
Architect as set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. This document shall constitute an addendum to the
written agreements between Owner and Architect as described
above. To the extent of any conflict between this Addendum and
the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect, this
Addendum shall control.
2. Owl/er shall pay to Architect a tota± of
additional compensation for architectural services as

contemplated by both the~Rolling Green Park Project and the 23
Acre Site Community Center Standard Form of Agresments paragraph
11.5.1, additional provisions.
3. ArchitecE agrees to provide basic services up to the
completion through the administration of the construction phase
of the Contract. Compensation for same shall be limited to the
amount of ~ ,~.u0 ~n addition To the Contract amount.
This Addendum entered into as of the day and year first
