A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR CONSTRUCTING WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM
IMPRO%rEMENTS FOR HER~N'S PLAZA
(aka Sigma Development! Inc.)
W~EREAS,
sewer systems
WHEREAS,
construction of the aforementioned water and
is completed, and
the water and sewer systems have passed all
pertinent testing to date, and
WHEREAS~ the developer has requested release of
surety, and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided ali necessary
easements, warranties~ and bill of sale to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~ND iT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for the water and
sewer systems for Herman's Plaza be released in full,
and the surety bond of $67,227.60 be returned to the
developer.
