A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE TWENTY (20)
FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL OF RADIO
STATION LICENSES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the existing licenses held by the City of
Boynton Beach are for Utilities Department lift stations for
telemetering purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of the City
Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida to renew
twenty Federal Communications Commission Applications for
Renewal of Radio Station Licenses, listed by call sign
numbers as follows:

WHEREAS, the current authorizations expire June 9,
1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Federal
Communications Commission Applications for Renewal of Radio
Station Licenses.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
