A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BO~NTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AND ~A/ F~n/e/~c~ ~ff_c ,
WHICH CONTRACT AWARDS ALL THE FOOD AND
BEVERAGE RIGHTS FOR THE BOYNTON BEACH
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE; A COPY OF SAID
AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT
"A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, approved a bid from ~n/ ~O ~_~r~
~ Xr~F~-~iZ=~C- (Concessionaire) on ~¢~ ~ ,
1991, awarding all the food and beverage rights for the
Boynton Beach Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission to
enter into an A~reement between the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida and ~/~O~ ~ ~J~ 3rnJ(L. , a copy of
which.Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a
)art hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~4MISSlON
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and
incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute said Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 3. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
