A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
CONCERNING OCEAN FRONT PARK BEACH DECALS
FOR QUALIFIED NON-RESIDENTS;
ESTABLISHING THE COST OF THE PERMIT, THE
TIME OF YEAR AND DATES THE PERMIT ARE
VALID, AND THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERMITS
TO BE ISSUED; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on this day the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Be~c~, Florida has heretofore
adopted
Ordinance
No.
091-13, which% estabiished and authorize~ the issuance of
beach decals to qualified non-residents as defined in the
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. O91-13 provides that the cost
for such permits, the dates they are used and the number to
be issued shall be set forth by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida has determined that the cost of the permit to
qualified non-residents be set at $50.00 each and shall be
valid seven (7) days a week from May 1 to November 15, and
shall be limited to 300 in number.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH~ CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT.
Section 1. Each Whereas clause set forth above is
true and correct and herein incorporated by this reference.
Section 2. That the cost of Ocean Front Park Beach
Permits for qualified non-residents, as defined in Ordinance
091-13. The permit shall be $50.00 each, and shall be valid
seven (7) days a week, from May 1 to November 15 and shall
be limited to 300 in number.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
