A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM}4ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING A CASH:BOND TO FLORIDA SERVICE
ENGIneERS, IN THE AI~OUNT OF $8,992,00.
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1989, the City Commission of the
2ity of Boynton Beach, Florida authorized Florida Service
Engineers, Inc., to furnish and install Replacement Variable
Frequency Drivers at Master Repump Stations 309 and 317; and
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $8,992.00 was
posted by Florida Service Engineers to complete said
project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed;
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach hereby directs that the cash bond in the
amOunt of $8,992.00, be returned to Florida Service
Engineers.
