R91-039 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A STAND-BY
LETTER OF CREDIT FOR OFF-SITE UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PLATINA, VILLAGE It, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a stand-by letter of credit in the amount of
338.20 has been submitted from Barnett Bank of South
Florida, N.A. to the City in conjunction with off-site
utility improvements - Platina, Village II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ~O~ON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it hereby accepts said stand-by
letter of credit in the amount of $28,338.20, as referenced
above, and attached hereto and made a part by reference.
Section 2. This Resolution becomes
mmediately upon adoption.
