A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION 90-ZZZZZ, TO
INCREASE RECREATION FEES AND DEFINE USE
POLICIES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
~each, Florida, deems it necessary to set forth uniform fees
~nd policies for the use of its recreation facilities and
~arks; and
WHEREAS, due to financial considerations it has become
~ecessary to increase various fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~MISSION
9F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 90-ZZZZZ,
~stablishing recreation fees and use policies, Exhibit "A",
ertain Fees, be amended to establish fees for resident and
onresident recreation programs.
Section 2. That a copy of revised Exhibit "A" is
ttached hereto and made a part hereof.

EXHIBIT "A"
RECREATION FEES
NON-RESIDENT PROGRAM REGISTRATION FRR
Effective October 1, 1990, non-resident program charges
will be a minimum of 25% of the base program fee, with
a minimum of $3.00 charged for programs priced under
$I2.0~.
MEN'S SOFTBALL LEAGUES
Non.-resident teams shall be a minimum of 25% of the
base resident team fee.
(A Resident team is classified as a team sponsored by a
Boynton Beach business or organization, and/or having
at least five team members who are residents of Boynton
Beach)
SPORTS FIELD LIGHT USE
Night use of athletic fields by adult teams not
involved with department sponsored programs will be
charged $3.00 per hour. (Little League Park Fields,
Pence Park, Galaxy Park, Wilson Park).
