A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO
ADDITIONAL COIN PHONES ON CITY PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PUBLIC
TELEPHONE AUTHORIZATION CARD AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AND AT&T; A COPY OF SAID
AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, upon review by the City Commission of the
[ty of Boynton Beach, Florida and upon the recommendation
staff, it has been deemed by the City Commission of the
~ity of Boynton Beach, Florida to be in the best interests
the citizens and residents of said City to enter into
~his Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
~F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA T~AT:
Section i. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
.utho~ized and directed to execute a certain Agreement
.etween the City of Boynton Beach and AT&T to add two
ldditional coin telephones on City property and designating
T&T as the long distance provider; said Agreement being
ttached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
~ediately upon passage.
