A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN CYLINDER
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE RENTAL OF
ACETYLENE & OXYGEN CYLINDERS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND GEORGE W.
FOWLER CO., INC., A COPY OF SAID
AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CiT~OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
~uthorized and directed to execute a certain Cylinder Lease
~greement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and
ieorge W. Fowler Co., Inc., for the rental of acetylene &
~xygen cylinders; said Agreement being attached hereto as
:xhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
