NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH. FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for the water and
sewer systems for The Hypoluxo Medical Complex be released
in full, and the letter of credit in the amount of $35,000
from Suburban Bank be returned to the developer.
