A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDk'
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR CONSTRUCTING WATER AND SEWER SYSTmM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WATERSIDE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and
~ewer systems is completed, and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all
)ertinent testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested release of surety,

WHERE,, the developer has provided all necessary
~asements, warranties and bills of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY ~SOLVED BY THE
~I~ CO~ISSION OF BOSTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for the water and
:ewer systems for Waterside Village be released in full and
the systems be accepted for ownership by the City.
