R90-203RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~ ESTABLISHING ~JST COMPENSATION FOR EACH PARCEL TO BE ACQUIRED BY THE CITY RELATING TO THE INFILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRA~ AND P~T!_WYING AND CONFIRMING iN ALL RESPECTS THE CERTIFICATION OF JOHNNETTA BROOMFIELD AS DIRECTOR OF THE COMMJu~ITY IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT. W~REAS, appraisal reports by the .Appraisal Firm of Johnson & Parrish~ Inc. for the parcels shown on the attachment to this resolution, have been prepared for and presented to the City of Boynton Beach as per the terms of the agreement between the parties; and WHEREAS, a review appraiser's, Palm Beach Appraisers and Consultants~ Inc., Fair Market Value determination and their report therein has been reviewed by the City and Palm Beach County Housing and Community Development at the meeting held on November 29~ 1990; and W~REAS, the appraisal reports and appraisal rev!ews are on file with the City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach; and WHEREAS~ information pertainIng to the name of owner~ parcel number and location is available to each member of the City Commission; and W~REAS, the Mayor and City Commission wishes to establish Just Compensation for each parcel to be acquired by the City; and WHEREAS~ the delimits of the property and the interest to be acquired therein has been presented to the Mayor and City Commlssion; an~ WHEREAS~ by Johnnetta Department of as Exhibit fot!owin~: the Certification of Jus5 Compensation as executed Broomfield as Director of the Community Improvement the City of Boynton Beach~ which is attached hereto ~A'~ and ~ncorporated herein~ certifies to the Just Compensa~ion for each property; 2) Identification for each property by name of owner, parcel number or other identification. Delimits the property and the interest to be acquired therein. 4) The work of the appraiser and the review appraiser with respect to each property has been performed in a competent manner in accordance with applicable State law~ the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act o~ I970~ State and Local policies and requirements.
