A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CObLMISSlON OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN
ANCHOR EASEMENT BETWEEN FLORIDA POWER
AND LIGHT COMPANY AND THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH FOR THE PURPOSE OF
RELOCATING FACILITIES FOR ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS; A COPY OF SAID EASEMENT
AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
½each has reviewed a request from Florida Power and Light
Company for anchor easements on a future park site located
in the Quail Lakes West Subdivision (along Woolbright Road
West of Congress Avenue); and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission
to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of
the City of Boynton Beach to grant said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a certain Anchor Easement
between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and Florida Power
and Light Company, said Easement being attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
shall take effect
of December, 1990.
