A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN ESCROW
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HAMLET, LTD., A
FLORIDA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, A COPY OF SAID
AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the land for the Boynton
ay development in Boynton Beach has not yet been finalized;

WHEREAS, The Hamlet wishes the City of Boynton Beach to
continue with the permitting process to expedite
commencement of site work and construction as soon as such
acquisition has been finalized; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach requires a deed from
the Hamlet dedicating a 60-foot right of way for Northeast
4th Street through the property being acquired by the
Hamlet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a certain Agreement
between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and The Hamlet,
Ltd., said Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
