A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACKNOWLEDGING AN EASEMENT DEED DATED
NOVEMBER 13, 1990, BETWEEN TRADEWINDS
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND WOOLBRIGHT
PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., AND
ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE RECEIPT OF THE
SAID DEED CONSTITUTES A BASIS FOR
DELETION OF THE EASEMENT ON THE
APPROVED PLAT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
~each has heretofore approved the Final Plat for Woolbright
Place, Plat ~l - P.U.D.; and
WHE]~EAS, the Developer wishes to provide a substitute
for an easement depicted on that plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
.Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby acknowledge said Easement
Deed dated November 13, 1990, between Tradewinds Development
Corporation and Woolbright Place Master Association, Inc.,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and also
acknowledge the receipt of the said Deed constitutes a basis
for deletion of the easement on the approved plat.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effec~
immediately upon passage.

THIS EASEMENT DEED, made this 13th day of November, 1990, by and
between Tradewind~ Degelopment Corp., party of the firs= part,
and the Woolbright Place!Master Association, Inc., party of the
second part. ' ~
WITNESSE~H: That party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the ~Um of TEN:($10.00-) DOLLARS, and other good and valu-
able c0nsidera't£oh '!t6 them in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell and release unto the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a water
management tract ~o be maintained by the party of the second
part, that parcel of land located in Palm Beach County, Florida
described onExkiblt' "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof'
as if re6i-~-e~ at length for maintenance as a Water Management
Tract.
Party of the first paru does hereby specially warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under it, that
it has good right and lawful authority to grant the above
described easemen~ and that the same is unencumbered. Where the
context of this easement deed allows or permits, the same shall
include the successors or assigns of the parties.
