A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ABANDONING A PORTION OF A TWENTY FOOT
WIDE ALLEY, A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY,
LOCATED IN THE LAKE ADDITION TO BOYNTON
BEACH PLAT, SAID PROPERTY BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DISCLAIMER FOR SAID ALLEY;
PROVIDING THAT THE ATTACHED DISCLAIMER
BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
W~EREAS, Overland Construction has requested the
abandonment of the hereinafter described 20 foot wide alley;
and
W~EREAS, comments have been solicited from the
~ppropriate City Departments; and
W~EHEAS, public hearings have been held before the
City's Planning and Zoning Board and the City Commission on
the proposed abandonment; and
W~EREAS, based on the foregoing information, the said
alley no longer serves any useful purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1: The City of Boynton Beach,
and through its City Commission, does hereby
