A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE DESIGNATED FUND BALANCE
FOR EMERGENCY PROGRAMS; PROVIDING A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 1987, the City Commission
~dopted Resolution 87-MMM, designating a One Million
($1,000,000.00) Dollar emergency reserve; and
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1988, that Resolution was
~mended by Resolution 88-NNN, to release Six Hundred
Thousand ($600,000.00) Dollars from the emergency reserve;
and
WHEREAS, there is a remaining balance of
~housand ($400,000.00) Dollars as well as
Four Hundred
miscellaneous
reserve of Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Seven and
Dollars remaining in the emergency
financial condition of the City
funds;

WHEREAS, the
