A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM}4ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF OCTOBER 9, 1990, ADOPTING AN
AMENDED OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1990-1991; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the the South Central Regional Wastewater
Treatment & Disposal Board at a Special Meeting held on
October 9, 1990, approved an amended operating budget for
fiscal year 1990/91 in the amount of $3,175,549; and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater
~reatment & Disposal Board budget now needs to be formally
ratified by each respective City being Deiray Beach and
Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beack, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
by the SouGh Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
Disposal Board on October 9, 1990, amending the operating
budget for fiscal year 1990/91.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /~ day
