90-UUUUUURESOLUTION NO. 90-ZZ~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AND FLORIDA
EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY; A COPY OF
SAID AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
f the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a certain Lease Agreement
between the City of Boynton Beach and Florida East Coast
Railway Company, for the term of one year, subject to
renewal as provided in said Lease Agreement at an annual
rental of $500.00, plus Florida Sales and Use Tax, and that
the use of the leased property shall be for beautification
only.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
