A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
FOR KIDSTOP EARLY LEARNING CENTER
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water system
is completed, and
WHEREAS, the wa%er system has passed all pertinent testing
to date, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested release of sur~y,
and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided all necessary
easements ana warranties.
