A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN RESTORATION
AGREEFiENT BETWEEN PALM BEACH COUNTY AND THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FOR TWO PARCELS OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY HEREIN IDENTIFIEDAS PARCEL NO. 6 AND PARCEL
NO. 7, A COPY OF SAID AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, it is proposed by Palm Beach County to construct, regrade
and improve a portion of Woolbright Road, in Palm Beach County, Florida, and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are owned by the City of Boynton Beach, and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of Palm Beach County, a request has been made for
the C~ty to execute the Restoration Agreement attached as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby atuthorized
and directed to execute the Restoration Agreement attached as Exhibit "A".
