90-SSSSSRESOLUTION 90- ~_~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A PROPOSED TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE OF 7.7528 FOR THE CITY'S GENERAL OPERATING FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1990 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1991; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a tentative budget has been prepared estimating expenses and revenues of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the ensuing year, with detailed information, including revenues to be derived from sources other than ad valorem levy, and the administrative staff of the City has made recommendations as to the amount necessary to be appropriated for the ensuing year; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has met and considered the recommendations, the suggested tentative budget, and the proposed millage necessary to be levied to carry on the government of the City for the ensuing year; WHEREAS, the City of Boynton beach, Florida, has followed the procedures as outlined in Florida Statutes ~ection 200.065; and WHEREAS, Florida Statutes Section 200.065(5) provides for a ministerial adjustment of the aggregate millage rate after receipt of the final tax roll. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: CITY COMMISSION Section 2. A copy of the tentative budget shall be published in one issue of a newspaper published in Palm Beach County, Florida, and at the same time the public will Section 1.
